Ki Hendricks

I grew up on a farm in Eastern Colorado. At the age of 18, I moved to Fort Collins to attend Colorado State University. During that time, I also got my real estate license. I have been selling real estate for over 25 years now. Before that, I owned and operated an Escrow Company in Estes Park, CO which I then sold to a national title company. I am now one of the owners of Northern Colorado Real Estate. I have enjoyed residential sales and property management, commercial, vacant land and new construction. My focus now is existing residential homes and new construction.

I live and work in Johnstown, Colorado which is one of the fastest growing areas in Northern Colorado. I am very familiar with the local communities, schools, and my in-depth knowledge of the market can help you make informed decisions when purchasing or selling one of the biggest investments of your life. I believe that my role as your realtor is to guide you through the buying and/or the selling process and taking the time to ensure you understand and are comfortable in all phases of the transaction. My greatest reward is seeing clients happy and feeling good about their choices. My years of experience has taught me “out of the box” thinking and negotiating skills which then results in the highest quality of service.
I enjoy traveling, boating, hiking/walking in the mountains and spending time with my friends and family.
